Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, except PO Boxes.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–11 business days (Monday to Friday), a total of 7–14 business days across Australia. During busy periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may take longer.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page for more information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send you a new item at our cost, or a full refund if you prefer. You do not need to send the faulty item back.

How do I start a return?
Email info@mypetsworth.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Products

Are your products suitable for my pet?
Every product in our store is hand-picked for quality. Each product page lists which pets and sizes it is designed for. As with any pet product, always supervise your pet with new items, especially toys and chews.

Are your products suitable for all breeds?
Most of our products are suitable for a wide range of breeds and sizes. Please check the individual product description for specific size or breed recommendations.
